Marcona almonds are often called "the Queen of almonds" as this Spanish almond is sweeter, moister, and softer than the classic almond variety with a buttery flavour and texture. We created a Marcona almond toffee and incorporated it into our sweet cream base and finished this flavour with a ganache ripple!
