This gluten-free ice cream cake is made with an almond flour cake base and topped with our Lemon Curd Blueberry ice cream, a blueberry jam layer, and torched meringue!


Topping: meringue (egg whites, sugar), blueberry jam (blueberries, sugar, pectin, citric acid).

Ice cream: organic whole milk, cream, milk powder, egg yolks, cane sugar, locust bean gum, tapioca syrup, salt, lemon juice.

Base: almond cake (almond, egg whites, sugar), white chocolate.
