Have a problem with your order? E-mail us at hello@madebymarcus.ca and we'll do our best to help!
Failed delivery? In the event that our courier cannot complete delivery due to a customer error (ie. incorrect input of address or phone number) we will happily reattempt delivery the following day. Customer will be charged in full for delivery reattempt.
Managing a subscription? While we do not accept subscription cancellations, you can e-mail us to skip your delivery for the month! Please do so before our cut-off date (the 15th of every month).
