How It Works
Here's everything you need to know about delivery!
Ice Cream Delivery Facts
-
Ice cream deliveries are on Tuesday and Friday.
(Orders placed from Friday to Monday will be delivered on Tuesday and orders from Tuesday to Thursday will be delivered on Friday!)
-
All orders will be completed between 11am-7pm by a third party courier service.
-
We do not accommodate same-day delivery or specific delivery time requests.
-
We currently deliver ice cream to:
Calgary, Airdrie, Edmonton, Sherwood Park, and St. Albert.
Not home to accept your delivery? No Problem!
If you aren’t home, our courier will leave your ice cream on your doorstep or with your building’s concierge. If they are unable to enter your building, they will return the parcel to our shop so it stays safe and sound until you are able to receive it or pick it up. The dry ice in the box will keep your ice cream frozen during transit and delivery.
Failed Delivery?
In the event that we cannot complete delivery due to a customer error (ie. incorrect input of address or phone number) we can organize a pick up time at one of our shops, or book a new delivery the following delivery day at the customers expense. If delivery has failed and we are at fault, we will happily reattempt delivery on the next delivery day, or organize a pick up from one of our shops.
Allergens - Just a heads up!
Our kitchen produces products that contain milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and wheat. For more information on allergens please refer to individual product listings on our website.
ALL ORDERS ARE PACKED ON DRY ICE (AND IT'S REALLY COLD)!
Do not attempt to remove the ice or handle it with bare hands.
Step One
Remove ice cream from the box and place in the freezer. The ice cream should be completely frozen solid upon arrival. Do not touch or attempt to remove the dry ice.
Step Two
Leave this box in a well-ventilated area away from children or pets (preferably outside) and the ice will sublimate from a solid to a gas! Do not place this box directly on a countertop or in a freezer.
Step Three
When the dry ice is all gone you can recycle the box! Easy!
So, What is Dry Ice?
-
Dry ice is the solid form of carbon dioxide and sublimates directly from a solid into C02 gas.
-
Dry ice is -78.5 degrees Celsius!
-
The cold temperature of the C02 causes water vapour in the air to condense into water droplets; producing fog! Dry ice will produce more fog when the ice comes into contact with more water vapour (such as in a sink, or in a freezer).
